Hello,

I can understand your concern. Your semen analysis report shows that it contains 8 million sperms/ml which is low as it should be 20 million sperms/ml or higher to be able to conceive. In addition the motility of sperm is low in the sample. Morphologically the sperms are good. Oligospermia means reduced sperm count and asthenospermia means reduced motility of sperms. You have the combination of both named as oligoasthenospermia.

I would advise you to visit the fertility center to reach the diagnosis of your condition and to discuss with the doctor what can be done about it.

I hope this information helps you. Thank you for choosing HCM. Take care.

Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
